Our search is only as accurate as the information on which it's based. To make sure you get the most complete results, make sure you have your date's correctly spelled real name and date of birth. Also, if your date uses a nickname (ex. Billy, Jenny, etc.) you should make sure that you have his or her correct legal name (ex. William, Jennifer, etc.).

The County Court is the point of origin for nearly all prosecuted offenses. And while our National Database checks go a long way to insure you are getting a good criminal history check, a lot of data from the counties goes unreported to the state repositories. With a Basic SafeDate search, we are already searching the current county in which the subject lives, but what about previous counties of residence? To be sure your search is as accurate as possible, add county criminal records searches of any locations you know or suspect your subject lived, worked, attended school or traveled.  Doing this will plug the holes in the criminal history search and insure you are obtaining the best criminal history search available.
